Why does snippet verification pass on one page but fail on another?

The setup check finds Mintfunnel on our homepage but not on a campaign landing page. Both use the same tag manager container. What is the fastest way to identify why the tag is missing?

Open the landing page directly and inspect whether the Mintfunnel request fires. In our case the tag manager trigger excluded URLs containing a campaign query parameter.

Also check whether the landing page uses a different container or consent template. Verification cannot see a tag that only fires in preview mode.
