Weekly attribution anomaly digest

It would be useful to receive one weekly digest when conversion rate, unattributed traffic, or tracking coverage moves outside its normal range. Email first would be enough, with Slack as a follow-up integration.

A per-site threshold would make this much more useful for agencies. A fixed percentage will be noisy when a smaller client has a low weekly conversion count.

Please separate tracking coverage warnings from performance anomalies so an implementation issue does not look like a campaign problem.

A Monday summary with the three largest changes and links into the relevant reports would be enough for our team. We would not need a full PDF.
