Is there a minimum audience size for country targeting?

We are considering a campaign limited to Singapore and Hong Kong. Does Mintfunnel require a minimum forecast or broaden targeting automatically when the selected audience is small?

The platform does not silently broaden the countries you selected. A narrow audience may spend slowly, so use the forecast and consider a longer schedule rather than adding unrelated regions.

Singapore alone delivered for us, but adding several relevant publisher categories mattered more than raising the budget.
