How long should a new campaign stay in review?

I submitted a campaign yesterday and it still says it is under review. Is there a typical review window, and will editing the creative send it back to the beginning of the queue?

Ours are usually reviewed within one business day. Editing targeting or creative while it is pending can require another review, so I wait for the first decision unless something is actually wrong.

Our last two reviews finished the same business day. The status changed in the dashboard before the email arrived.

Mine usually takes a few hours. I've had them approved as quickly as an hour and as slow as 2 days.
