How long do onchain conversion events take to appear?

A Base transaction confirmed about twenty minutes ago and the wallet address is visible in the visitor journey, but the token purchase goal has not appeared. What is the normal indexing delay?

Confirmed events usually appear after the indexer reaches the block and applies the required confirmation window. Twenty minutes can be normal during a backlog, especially just after adding a contract.

Mine appeared after about thirty-five minutes on the first run and much faster afterward. Verify the transaction hash, chain ID, and contract address before recreating the goal.
