For teams that need legal review, how do you handle publisher edits after submitting a release? We want to avoid slowing the order down but still need final approval on material changes.

Put material-change approval requirements in the order notes before publishers begin. We ask editors to proceed on spelling and style changes but return factual or quoted changes for approval.

A single named reviewer helps. When three people commented separately, the publisher waited for confirmation that the feedback was final.
