Best way to compare two landing pages in one campaign

I want to test two landing pages while keeping the same audience and creative. Should I create separate campaigns, or can multiple destination URLs be rotated inside one campaign?

I use separate campaigns when the landing page is the variable. That keeps spend and downstream attribution clean. Duplicating the campaign also makes it much easier to keep audience, schedule, and creative aligned.
